Salut,
Merci. Je n'ai pas le #10 de Funx

Hi to all
www.retro-remakes.net is down at the moment because of technical problems on the ISP side.
Shockwave is working hard to get the site back as soon as possible.
Sorry again for the inconvenience... Retro Remakes will be back soon with plenty of new remakes
Best regards

I just saw your comments about the "copyright" on the cracktros... People that think these intros are copyrighted are wrong. Especially when the source code was not stolen but "resourced" from the MC68000 binary.
How can a cracktro be copyrighted when it was made available on illegal copies of unprotected programs? made available with the express purpose of being copied as many times as wished?
The persons who claim that the cracktros are "copyrighted" should maybe try to say it out and loud all over the internet. That would be funny.
They are public domain now since they have been offered as public domain on hundreds of sites already. I highly doubt that the persons with such claims will really attempt any legal action since when they wrote these programs, it was clearly under an illegal identity. Someone should also remind them that the copyright process is not an everlasting one. One have to follow a specific legal path in order to render something copyrighted and... pretty much per country, as laws are different from country to country.
Anyways it made me laugh.... Moreover if the persons with such claims are really the persons behind these cracktros, they should be proud that sombody like you makes them available and avoids their total vanish.

Where the heck did you find those cracktro source code? They were pretty secret and were definitly not into public domain at that time!! How could I contact you by email? thanks
